Job Responsibilities
Medical Coder / Sr. Medical Coder
- Perform accurate E/M OP and IP medical coding
- Review clinical documents and assign appropriate CPT/ICD codes
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity levels
- Collaborate with QA and audit teams for coding improvement
- Stay updated with the latest CMS and AMA guidelines
QA (E/M OP and IP)
- Conduct quality audits of coded charts
- Identify documentation gaps and coding errors
- Provide feedback and training to coding teams
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in E/M OP or IP coding
- Minimum 1 year QA experience (for QA roles)
- Certification mandatory (CPC, CCS, or equivalent)
- Ability to join immediately
- Strong analytical and documentation review skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Joining Bonus:
- ₹60,000 for QA
