Job Overview

Job Purpose
The Junior Team Member – QA will ensure compliance with company quality policies and regulatory guidelines (cGMP, MHRA, CDSCO, FDA). The role involves reviewing validation protocols, preparing audit responses, and supporting regulatory inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Review deficiency responses to regulatory authorities for timely compliance.
✔ Prepare & validate master validation protocols for smooth batch execution.
✔ Ensure GMP compliance by reviewing Annual Product Quality Reports (APQR).
✔ Manage technical agreements for regulated markets.
✔ Coordinate regulatory & customer audits (MHRA, USFDA, WHO) for GMP approval.
✔ Compile & submit MHRA interim updates for risk-based inspections.
✔ Support CDSCO & State FDA inspections for licensing & approvals.
✔ Drive continuous improvement in QA processes for operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education:
- B.Pharma or MSc (Pharmaceutical Sciences/Quality Assurance)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Pharma Quality Assurance (GMP/Regulatory Compliance).
Skills:
✅ Strong knowledge of cGMP, MHRA, USFDA, WHO guidelines.
✅ Excellent analytical & documentation skills.
✅ Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for audits.
✅ Proficient in regulatory submissions & compliance tracking.
✅ Leadership & problem-solving abilities.
