Position: NDDS Formulator (New Drug Delivery Systems)
Job Purpose
As an NDDS Formulator, you will be responsible for executing and managing developmental project activities, focusing on emerging drug delivery systems. Your work will support Cipla’s overall Research and Development goals, with a focus on contributing to the innovation and development of new product strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive new product development strategies using technical knowledge, literature research, and risk assessments.
- Raise indents to ensure the timely availability of materials for project development.
- Execute activities related to prototype formulation to develop proof of concept for new products.
- Compile and analyze data generated during the development cycle to assess product performance and quality trends.
- Transfer technical know-how from R&D to manufacturing units for scale-up or commercial product development.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Master of Technology (M.Tech) with a specialization in Pharmaceutics.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Formulation R&D, preferably in drug delivery systems.
