Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Scientist at Veeda Lifesciences, you will:
- Design and develop SAS programs for clinical data extraction, cleaning, and reporting.
- Generate tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical study reports.
- Implement statistical analysis as per study protocols, SAP, and DMP.
- Support regulatory compliance and data submissions to agencies.
- Perform data validation and ensure quality control in clinical datasets.
- Collaborate with data management and biostatistics teams to optimize processes.
- Develop automated SAS macros for efficient data handling.
- Participate in database design and eCRF annotations.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for clinical systems.
- Train and mentor junior team members in SAS programming and data standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be eligible for this Clinical Data Scientist role, you should have:
✔ 5+ years of experience in SAS programming within clinical research (CRO/Pharma).
✔ Strong expertise in clinical data management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
✔ Proficiency in SAS Base, SAS Macros, and SAS/STAT.
✔ Experience with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).
✔ Knowledge of regulatory reporting (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP).
✔ Ability to troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
