Job Description: Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
- Review and verify case report forms (CRFs), source documents, and trial data for accuracy.
- Train and support investigators and site staff on study protocols.
- Manage multiple clinical studies efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Assist in team coordination and mentoring junior CRAs (leadership experience is a plus).
- Prepare and submit monitoring reports and essential documents to regulatory bodies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a CRA in a CRO or clinical research organization.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to clinical sites as required.
