Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in clinical research and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical research studies to collect data on medical conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement study protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of study participants and research data.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to support business decisions.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in clinical research or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in CRM/IT-enabled services/BPO is a plus.
