1. Production Roles (Formulation & API)
- Operator Roles (Granulation, Packing, Compression, Coating): Responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring smooth production operations, and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Executive (Pellets): Oversee the pellet formulation process, manage production schedules, and ensure compliance with cGMP norms.
- Chemist (API): Handle chemical processes, synthesis, and purification of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in the API plant.
2. Quality Assurance & Control Roles
- Executive (IPQA & Vendor Management): Manage In-Process Quality Assurance audits, vendor qualification processes, and ensure all quality protocols are met throughout the manufacturing cycle.
- Analyst / Sr. Analyst (QC): Perform analytical testing using advanced instruments like HPLC, GC, and Dissolution apparatus. Ensure raw materials and finished products meet all quality specifications.
