📋 Job Role: Quality Analyst – HCC Coding
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA reviews for HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) coding assignments.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines.
- Work on Prospective, Concurrent, and Retrospective Risk Adjustment Coding models.
- Collaborate with internal teams to minimize coding errors and improve efficiency.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and audit processes.
🎯 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: BSc in Life Sciences or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HCC Risk Adjustment Coding.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in medical coding tools (e.g., 3M, Optum, Epic).
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding and CMS-HCC guidelines.
- Experience in Prospective, Concurrent, and Retrospective coding.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder)
- CPC (Certified Professional Coder)
