As a Certified Medical Coder at CorroHealth, you will be at the forefront of ensuring accurate revenue cycle management for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise and efficient medical coding for accounts specializing in Edits & Denials.
- Review and analyze patient medical records to assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Audit and rectify coding errors to support effective denial management and appeals processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with AAPC/AHIMA coding guidelines, payer policies, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and the revenue cycle team to clarify documentation and ensure coding accuracy.
