🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily audits of client data to ensure completeness and accuracy of clinical and medical coding
- Utilize clinical knowledge and coding expertise to validate appropriateness for healthcare reimbursement
- Respond to provider appeals related to coding and reimbursement outcomes
- Handle client logics, record reviews, and documentation validation
- Monitor acceptance rates for assigned clients and proactively identify negative trends
- Support management in improving coding quality and audit outcomes
🎓 Educational Qualifications
Eligible candidates must hold one of the following degrees:
- BHMS
- BAMS
- BPT
- MBBS
🧾 Certification Requirements
- CPC Certification is mandatory
- Candidates currently pursuing CPC certification are also eligible to apply
🩺 Preferred Experience & Specialization
- E/M (Evaluation & Management) coding experience preferred
- Clinical Investigators with relevant exposure can also apply
💡 Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret clinical documentation and medical records
💰 Salary & Benefits (Indicative)
- Salary Range: ₹4,50,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience and certification)
