Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily audits on client data for completeness and accuracy of coding
- Utilize coding and clinical knowledge to ensure appropriateness for reimbursement
- Respond to provider appeals and documentation queries
- Handle client logics and medical record reviews
- Monitor acceptance rates for assigned clients
- Support management in detecting and addressing negative trends
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Any Life Science Graduate (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, etc.)
- CPC Certification – Mandatory
- Specialty: E/M (Evaluation and Management) experienced
Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
