Key Responsibilities

- Identify documentation gaps and escalate queries where required
- Adhere to Cotiviti’s internal quality and compliance standards
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Any graduate from a recognized university
- Minimum 1.2 years of hands-on HCC coding experience
- Active AAPC (CPC, CRC) or AHIMA (CCS, CCS-P) certification
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CMS RAF models, and risk adjustment
- Good communication and analytical skills
