📌 Job Description
Cotiviti is hiring an HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Quality Analyst to ensure accuracy in medical coding audits, compliance, and quality assurance. The role involves auditing coded medical records, identifying errors, and improving coding processes.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HCC coding audits and ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM guidelines.
- Identify errors and discrepancies in coded medical records.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to coding standards.
- Prepare reports & documentation for audit findings.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance coding accuracy.
- Collaborate with coding teams to provide feedback & training.
🔍 Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Life Science graduate with 3+ years in HCC Medical Coding.
- Active AAPC (CPC, CRC) or AHIMA (CCS, CCS-P) certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, and ICD Guidelines.
- Proficiency in quality tools & techniques.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Team player with high integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
