Credence Global Solutions (Credence Resource Management), a leading US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization, is hiring a Credentialing Coordinator for its Pune, Maharashtra location. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for professionals with provider-side credentialing and payer enrollment experience in the US healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities – Credentialing Coordinator
- Manage provider enrollment and re-credentialing with US payers
- Perform payer follow-ups via calls, emails, and online portals
- Maintain and update CAQH profiles and provider demographic details
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies for approvals
- Ensure compliance with payer-specific guidelines and regulations
- Handle NPI, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready credentialing records
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Mandatory hands-on credentialing experience (provider side)
- AR Callers with provider-side credentialing exposure may apply
- Strong calling / voice process experience is required
- Familiarity with US Healthcare RCM workflows
- Ability to work in US shift (night shift)
