🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute end-to-end formulation development activities.
- Lead, coordinate, and document technology transfer processes.
- Conduct lab experiments following cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Maintain precise documentation, perform data interpretation, and generate technical reports.
- Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory expectations.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- M.Pharm with 4–7 years of experience in formulation R&D or tech transfer.
- Strong expertise in oral solid dosage (OSD) formulation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH, WHO, USFDA).
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
