🔬 Job Responsibilities – Lab Coordinator
As a Lab Coordinator in the R&D team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth laboratory operations and global coordination.
- Coordinate regular sample shipments with global teams in the US and UK
- Manage laboratory inventory, chemicals, and consumables
- Work with procurement teams and external vendors to expedite sourcing
- Oversee installation, preventive maintenance, and calibration of lab equipment
- Coordinate with internal and global logistics teams for shipments
- Maintain documentation related to lab operations and compliance
- Support overall lab maintenance and readiness
🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Laboratory inventory management
- Instrument maintenance
- General lab operations and coordination
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Hands-on experience with:
- Buffer preparation
- pH meter, weighing balance, centrifuge
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience using Oracle and/or SAP
- Prior exposure to R&D or regulated laboratory environments
