Job Description: Digital Patient Service Specialist – Awareness, Screening & Testing

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Patient Service Specialist, you will lead the design, execution, and management of Patient Service Programs (PSPs) focused on Awareness, Screening & Testing (Diagnostic & Prognostic) phases of the patient journey. Your role will involve:

  • Strategic Execution:
    • Implement patient-centric digital solutions to optimize enrollment, engagement, and compliance.
    • Leverage UI/UX design to enhance digital platforms for better patient and HCP experiences.
    • Address barriers to healthcare access through telemedicine, multilingual support, and AI-driven tools.
  • End-to-End Program Management:
    • Oversee third-party vendors ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
    • Train HCPs, field teams, and service providers for seamless PSP execution.
    • Monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness and scalability.
  • Digital Transformation:
    • Integrate AI, blockchain, and analytics to improve patient engagement.
    • Develop virtual care solutions (telemedicine, patient portals, online education).
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and pharmacovigilance standards.
    • Collaborate with Medical, Legal, and Compliance teams for audit readiness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with KOLs, patient organizations, and healthcare providers to expand program reach.
    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Medical teams for aligned execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Life Sciences degree (BPharm/PharmD/PhD/MBBS/MD preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in pharma/biotech or digital healthcare.
    • 2-3 years in managing digital PSPs, third-party vendors, and analytics-driven patient programs.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management & UI/UX design expertise.
    • Proficiency in digital health tools, AI, and telemedicine solutions.
    • Ability to travel 30-40% for stakeholder meetings.
