Job Responsibilities: Pharmacist
As a Pharmacist at ECHS, your key responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing prescribed medications to patients as per the doctor’s instructions.
- Maintaining accurate records of prescriptions and medication usage.
- Advising patients on the correct usage of their medicines and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals.
- Managing and overseeing stock levels of medicines, ensuring medications are properly stored, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Assisting in the preparation and provision of medication-related information to patients and healthcare providers.
- Performing other administrative duties related to the pharmacy as required.
Qualifications Required for the Pharmacist Role
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification:
- B.Pharm degree or 10+2 with a science stream and an approved diploma in pharmacy.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a pharmacist.
- Age Limit:
- Candidates must be below 56 years of age.
