Job Description: Team Lead Operations

Position: Team Lead Operations
Domain: PP/EVBV/RCM
Experience: 6+ years (with at least 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large team of 25+ full-time employees (FTEs) to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee daily activities in the PP, EVBV, and RCM domains.
- Monitor and improve AR reporting and analytics to enhance revenue cycle performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase team productivity.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Resolve operational challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in team management within PP, EVBV, and RCM domains.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Expertise in AR reporting and other analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
