Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a critical role in maintaining pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Training & Documentation

  • Prepare Job Descriptions (JD) and training matrices for new and existing employees in the Employee Training software.
  • Track training completion for employees prior to SOP effectiveness.
  • Actively perform responsibilities as a Training Coordinator for EmTIMS software.

Change Control Management

  • Initiate, log, assess, and track change control processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for change control review and approval.
  • Maintain documentation and compile data for quality tracking.

Quality Monitoring & Reporting

  • Escalate delays in initial review timelines exceeding 30 days.
  • Report delays and updates during Quality Management Review (QMR) meetings.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual trending reports related to change control.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with CFT teams, including:
    • Regulatory Affairs (RA)
    • Quality Assurance (QA)
    • Pharmacovigilance (PV)
    • Supply Chain
    • Customer Service
    • Operations
  • Track action items and ensure timely closure of change control activities.

Required Qualifications
