1. Technical Assistant (DPI Filling Machine Technician / Packing Line Technician)
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate
Experience: 3 to 5 years (preferably from USFDA-regulated organizations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Dry Powder Inhaler (DPI) filling and sealing machines.
- Handle glove integrity testers and particle counters (online and offline).
- Manage filter handling and filter integrity testing.
- Execute batch documents and logbooks online.
- Maintain aseptic behavior and follow cGMP practices.
- Perform aseptic area cleaning and sanitization.
- Operate vial labeling machines, Hi Cart, and Track & Trace systems (Jekson Vision).
2. Executive / Senior Executive – Production
Qualification: M. Pharma / MSc / B. Pharma
Experience: 3 to 5 years (preferably from USFDA-regulated organizations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Online execution of batch documents and logbooks.
- Exposure to DPI filling, vial washing, tunnel sterilization, steam sterilizer, media fill, and aseptic practices.
- Preparation of SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and miscellaneous documents.
- Implementation of cGMP and good documentation practices.
