Job Description: Associate
This role is central to driving data-enabled decision-making for EVERSANA’s prestigious life sciences clients. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management and analytics that directly impact commercial effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
As an SFE Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working on critical sales force effectiveness projects including Field force sizing, Targeting, Alignment, and Call planning.
- Hands-on work with Incentive Compensation (IC) design and analytics.
- Developing and maintaining advanced Tableau dashboards for comprehensive dashboard reporting.
- Performing Test & Control Analysis and MMX (Marketing Mix Modeling) analyses.
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries based on complex business rules.
- Analyzing and interpreting various pharma commercial data sets such as patient claims, Rx data, SP (Sales Primary), SD (Sales Secondary), and CRM data.
- Collaborating directly with onshore and client teams, guiding junior members, and delegating tasks.
- Maintaining key process assets like SOPs, BRDs, and establishing best practices within the team.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
To be successful in this SFE analytics job, you should possess:
- Educational Background: An MBA, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, Master’s in Life Sciences, or a B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E in any engineering discipline.
- Experience: A solid 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the following areas:
- SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness)
- IC Analytics (Incentive Compensation)
- Dashboard Reporting & Development
- Targeting & Segmentation
- Test & Control Analysis
- MMX
- Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on knowledge of:
- Tableau (Mandatory)
- SQL (Mandatory)
- MS Excel (Advanced)
- Industry Experience: Mandatory experience working with life sciences or pharmaceutical clients. Familiarity with pharma data is a must.
Job Location & Work Hours:
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra or Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST.
