Job Description: PV Business Development Asst. Manager
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, responsible for identifying new opportunities and converting them into long-term client partnerships. Your core objective will be to achieve and exceed sales targets for our PV services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales Cycle Management: Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads in the pharma & biopharma sector. You will own and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to final contract signing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Act as the primary point of contact and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Proposal Development: Create and present compelling, tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our Pharmacovigilance services to prospective clients.
- Market Representation: Represent Fidelity Health Services with professionalism and expertise at various industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Performance Metrics: Be directly accountable for achieving and exceeding ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets.
Who Should Apply? (Requirements & Qualifications)

- Qualification: A degree in B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA is required.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, specifically within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences services domain.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of global Pharmacovigilance regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) is a significant advantage.
- Sales Track Record: A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals and managing a full sales pipeline.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be a self-starter, results-oriented, and a great team player.
