Job Title: AR Caller Trainee
Responsibilities
As an AR Caller Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Patient Follow-Up: Contacting patients regarding outstanding payments and resolving billing issues effectively.
- Communication: Collaborating with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to facilitate timely payments.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and payment status in our database.
- Problem Solving: Addressing inquiries and complaints regarding billing and follow-up issues while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is necessary.
- Education: Any degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
