Aizant is currently hiring for several positions within the Clinical Pharmacology and BA-BE sectors. The following positions are available:
- Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
- Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in clinical trials or research studies.
- Custodian
- Qualifications: B.Sc or B.Pharm
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or research setting.
- Registration or Screening Coordinator
- Qualifications: B.Sc or B.Pharm
- Experience: 0-6 years of relevant experience in clinical trial registration or patient screening.
- Registered Nurse
- Qualifications: B.Sc (Nursing)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in nursing and clinical care.
- Quality Control (QC)
- Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality control.
- Phlebotomist
- Qualifications: DMLT or MLT
- Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in blood collection and lab work.
Key Responsibilities for the Jobs
Each position at Aizant offers unique responsibilities that contribute to the success of our Clinical Pharmacology and BA-BE studies:
- Clinical Research Associate (CRA): Monitor and manage clinical trial sites, ensure adherence to protocol, and work closely with the research team to maintain data integrity.
- Custodian: Ensure cleanliness and safety of clinical trial areas, manage supplies and equipment, and support the team in day-to-day operations.
- Registration or Screening Coordinator: Coordinate patient registration, screen participants for eligibility, and maintain accurate study records.
- Registered Nurse: Provide medical care and support to clinical trial participants, assist in monitoring vital signs, and contribute to the overall care of participants.
- Quality Control (QC): Conduct testing and inspection of pharmaceutical products, ensure compliance with regulations, and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
- Phlebotomist: Perform blood draws, ensure safe handling of samples, and assist in other lab-related tasks.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidates for these positions should possess:
- Educational Background: A relevant degree in pharmacy, nursing, or life sciences, depending on the role.
- Experience: Ranges from 0 to 5+ years based on the position.
- Skills: Attention to detail, knowledge of clinical trials, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant clinical procedures and protocols.
