Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Life Science Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process for life science roles in the United States. Your responsibilities will include:
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to identify potential candidates in the US.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and cover letters to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers.
- Candidate Support: Assist candidates throughout the recruitment process by answering queries, scheduling interviews, and providing follow-ups.
