1. Supervisor/Officer/Chemist – Production
   • Number of Positions: 10
   • Department: Production
   • Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc
   • Experience: 2-5 years in the Pharma or Food Industry
   • Responsibilities:
     • Handling various instruments such as Sifter, FBD, Dryer, Centrifuge, ANF, and Granulation.
     • Following the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) process.
     • Maintaining and filling BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record), BPR (Batch Production Record), and Log Book.
     • Adhering to the production plan to ensure timely and efficient production.
2. Trainee Operator
   • Number of Positions: 17
   • Department: Production
   • Qualification: ITI (AOCP)
   • Experience: Fresher or 1 year of Apprenticeship
   • Responsibilities:
     • Assisting in the operations of production machinery.
     • Learning and understanding production processes.
     • Supporting senior operators and supervisors in various tasks.
     • Following standard operating procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
3. Operator – Plant
   • Number of Positions: 8
   • Department: Production
   • Qualification: ITI (AOCP)/B.Sc/Diploma in Chemical Engineering/B.Tech
   • Experience: Fresher or 1-5 years in Pharma/Food Industry
   • Responsibilities:
     • Handling instruments like FBD, Dryer, Centrifuge, ANF, and Granulation.
     • Maintaining and filling BMR, BPR, and Log Books.
     • Following the production plan to ensure quality and efficiency in production processes.
4. Operator/Supervisor – Production (Spray Drying)
   • Number of Positions: 5
   • Department: Production
   • Qualification: ITI, Diploma, D.Pharma, B.Pharma, B.Tech (Food Technologist), B.Sc, M.Sc
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years
   • Responsibilities:
     • Operating and maintaining Spray Dryer equipment.
     • Ensuring facility hygiene and maintenance in the production area.
     • Managing batch preparation and packing processes.
     • Adhering to GMP guidelines to ensure high-quality production standards.

Skills Required

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of handling production equipment such as FBD, Dryer, Centrifuge, ANF, Granulation, and Spray Drying is essential.
• GMP Knowledge: Understanding and adherence to GMP guidelines is a must for maintaining product quality.
• Attention to Detail: Accurately filling out BMR, BPR, and Log Books, and following production plans.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
• Adaptability: Candidates must be willing to work in shifts, ensuring 24/7 production operations.
