MRO Corp is hiring an Analyst – Operations ROI to support its US healthcare operations team in Pune. This role focuses on Release of Information (ROI) and healthcare triaging processes to ensure high data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency for healthcare clients.
This position is ideal for candidates with US healthcare process experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in target-driven, fast-paced environments.

- Review and analyze healthcare documents and incoming ROI requests
- Categorize and route requests based on type, priority, and documentation
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and HIPAA compliance
- Maintain and update internal databases with consistent quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy KPIs
- Adapt to rotational shifts and manage workloads under tight deadlines
- Support data analysis and process improvement initiatives
