🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical method development, validation, and transfer (TT)
- Operate and calibrate analytical instruments such as HPLC, LC-MS, Dissolution Apparatus
- Conduct routine and non-routine analysis in compliance with GLP/GMP standards
- Execute analytical testing for APIs and formulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity compliance
- Troubleshoot analytical issues and support R&D and QC teams
- Assist in method optimization and stability studies
🎯 Required Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in Analytical Laboratory (ARD/ADL)
- Strong knowledge of:
- HPLC, LC-MS, Dissolution, Particle Size Distribution (PSD)
- Experience in:
- Method Development & Validation
- Technology Transfer (TT)
- Understanding of instrument calibration and maintenance
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH, USFDA) is a plus
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- M.Pharm / M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Sciences)
- Freshers with strong academic background OR experienced candidates up to 5 years
- Prior exposure to analytical instruments is preferred
