Job Description: Apprentice Trainee
As an Apprentice Trainee at Baxter’s Global IT Center, you will be integrated into a team that is dedicated to redefining healthcare through technology. This program is specifically designed to provide early-career professionals with foundational knowledge and real-world experience.
Key Responsibilities:
In this IT apprentice role, you will:
- Assist in IT Operations: Support day-to-day activities across various IT domains like infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Contribute to Projects: Participate in real-world project workstreams, assisting with documentation, testing, and implementation tasks.
- Learn & Apply: Get trained on and use the latest IT tools, platforms, and processes within Baxter’s global technology environment.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of your work, progress, and learnings throughout the 12-month apprenticeship.
Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: A degree in B. Tech/B.E., Engineering Diploma, BCA, or B.Sc.
- Graduation Year: 2021 or later.

- Aadhaar: A valid Aadhaar number is mandatory.
