Job Description: AR Caller (Voice Process)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on pending medical claims.
- Resolve AR-related queries and ensure timely claim processing.
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records accurately.
- Adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and maintain process documentation.
- Work in night shifts (US timings) – 8:30 PM–5:30 AM or 10:30 PM–7:30 AM (Monday–Friday).
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Any Graduate (UG) freshers can apply
✅ 0-1 year experience (Freshers welcome)
✅ Strong English communication (spoken & written)
✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing)
✅ Willingness to work night shifts
