Key Responsibilities – Associate Microbiology
- Perform environmental monitoring activities as per SOPs
- Support sterility testing, microbial limit testing (MLT), and bioburden analysis
- Assist in routine microbiological laboratory operations
- Prepare, maintain, and review microbiology-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
- Support audits and quality assurance activities
- Maintain laboratory hygiene and safety standards
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- MSc in Microbiology (mandatory)
- Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiology
- Understanding of environmental monitoring and sterility testing
- Documentation and report preparation skills
- Awareness of industry and service knowledge
- Willingness to learn and work in a regulated lab environment
