📝 Key Responsibilities
- Create clinically accurate and high-quality outpatient visit documentation for US healthcare providers.
- Review and compare AI-generated clinical notes with physician–patient interaction transcripts.
- Identify clinical impressions and document plans of action using sound clinical judgment.
- Listen to and comprehend physician–patient interactions when required.
- Finalize and upload accurate notes into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure compliance with documentation quality standards and client requirements.
🎓 Qualifications
Eligible candidates must hold any of the following degrees:
- BAMS
- BDS
- BHMS
- BUMS
- BPT
- MPT
Freshers and candidates with experience in clinical documentation, medical scribing, or healthcare operations are encouraged to apply.
