🧪 Key Responsibilities – Clinical Trial Assistant
- Assist Project Managers and CRAs in trial coordination
- Prepare and maintain documents for Ethics Committee (EC) submissions
- Manage Trial Master File (TMF) and study documentation
- Coordinate with clinical sites for compliance and documentation
- Support site visits (SIV, monitoring, close-out visits)
- Handle clinical trial logistics (IP, lab kits, supplies)
- Update trackers, logs, and meeting minutes for smooth execution
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc (Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, etc.)
- 0–2 years experience in clinical research or CRO (freshers can apply)
- Basic understanding of GCP, clinical trial phases, BA/BE studies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
