🔬 Job Role: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)
- Location: Vasai, Maharashtra
- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
- Industry: Clinical Research / CRO / Pharma
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers and CRAs in clinical trial coordination and site communication
- Prepare, track, and maintain documents for Ethics Committee (EC) and regulatory submissions
- Maintain Trial Master Files (TMF), logs, trackers, and study documentation
- Coordinate with clinical sites for compliance, documentation, and training records
- Support site visits (SIV, monitoring, close-out visits) with proper documentation
- Manage clinical trial logistics including Investigational Product (IP) and lab kits
- Update trackers, logs, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth trial execution
🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotech, Microbiology, etc.)
- Experience: 0–2 years in clinical research, CRO, or pharma R&D
- Freshers with strong academic background can apply
- Basic knowledge of GCP, clinical trial phases, BA/BE studies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
