- Handle customer queries via voice support (inbound/outbound).
- Provide US-based customer service (Night Shift – Work From Office).
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

✔ Education: Graduates / High School Graduates (No full-time students eligible)
✔ Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers welcome!)
✔ Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
✔ Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
