Key Responsibilities – EHS & Industrial Safety (Pharma)
- Implement and monitor EHS policies, SOPs, and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with GMP, statutory, and regulatory safety requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and safety audits
- Oversee industrial safety practices across pharma manufacturing operations
- Manage incident investigations, CAPA, and safety training programs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain safe working environments
- Support inspections by regulatory and statutory authorities
- Promote a strong safety culture within the organization
Eligibility & Qualifications
For EHS Safety Trainee
- ME / M.Tech in Industrial Safety
- Pass-out year: 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Strong academic background and interest in pharma EHS systems
For Assistant Manager – EHS
- ME / M.Tech in Industrial Safety
- 7–10 years of EHS experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of Indian safety laws, GMP, OSHA concepts, and audits
