🔬 Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
As a Formulation Development Trainee / Junior Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in formulation development of tablets, capsules, and granules (IR, SR, MR).
- Supporting trial batch preparation at laboratory and pilot scale.
- Helping in API and excipient selection, dispensing, and weighing as per BMR.
- Performing granulation, blending, compression, and coating under supervision.
- Maintaining Formulation Development Reports (FDRs).
- Preparing, reviewing, and updating Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
- Recording experimental data in laboratory logbooks as per GDP guidelines.
- Assisting in drafting and updating SOPs, protocols, and technical documents.
- Supporting formulation scientists during process optimization activities.
🎓 Educational Qualification
- M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics
👨🔬 Experience Required
- 0 to 1 year (Freshers are eligible)
