Job Description
As a part of the Formulation R&D team at Bachwell Pharma, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and optimizing formulations for Oral Solid Dosage (tablets, capsules) and Oral Liquids.
- Conducting stability studies and analytical testing to ensure product quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality Control, Production, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Preparing technical reports and documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Implementing innovative formulation techniques to improve product efficacy and patient compliance.
- Managing junior team members and mentoring freshers (for senior roles).
