Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Roles
- Sterile / Parenteral / Aseptic manufacturing operations
- Vial filling, bag filling, PFS, LYO, cartridges, microspheres
- Filtration, sealing, autoclave operations
- Terminal sterilization and batch manufacturing
- Production documentation and QMS compliance
Packing & Visual Inspection
- Manual and automated visual inspection (MVI / AVI)
- Packing line execution and documentation
- Change control, deviation handling, qualification/requalification
Required Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in Injectable / Sterile manufacturing
- Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, ALCOA principles
- Knowledge of aseptic filling machines (vial & bag lines)
- Exposure to Production QMS systems
- Experience in regulated injectable facilities is mandatory
