1) Trainee Research Associate – Bioanalytical Department
Key Responsibilities
- In-process quality control of ongoing bioanalytical studies
- Review of raw data, chromatograms, and validation/study reports
- Verification of calibration status and labeling of instruments/equipment
- Daily lab activity monitoring for SOP and GLP compliance
- Checking concentration data before release to PK department
- Generation, control, and distribution of method SOPs
- Logbook handling and archival of completed records
- Glassware validation and monitoring temperature & humidity
- Calibration of pipettes and multipettes
- Coordination of SOP-based training programs
- Ensuring laboratory cleanliness and proper bio-waste disposal
2) Executive – Instrumentation Department
Key Responsibilities
- Assist department head in maintaining equipment and spares inventory
- Preventive maintenance and routine calibration coordination
- Vendor and service engineer follow-ups for repairs and reports
- Installation, calibration, and maintenance of new instruments
- Ensuring readiness of critical instruments before initial use
