Responsibilities in the Job: What You Will Do
As an Intern – Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our research team, providing crucial support to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Study Support: Assist the senior Clinical Research Coordinators in the day-to-day management of clinical trials.
- Participant Interaction: Help with patient recruitment, screening, and scheduling, ensuring a positive experience for trial participants.
- Data Management: Accurately collect, record, and maintain clinical trial data in accordance with study protocols and regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing and organizing essential study documents, case report forms (CRFs), and regulatory submissions.
- Compliance: Learn and adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and all applicable ethical and regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with investigators, physicians, and other site staff to facilitate trial-related activities.
This role is designed to provide comprehensive, practical exposure to the entire clinical trial process.
Qualifications: Who We Are Looking For

- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related field is required.

- Fundamental Understanding: Basic knowledge of clinical research terminology and processes is a plus.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hubli, Karnataka.
