Responsibilities
As an Analyst in the International Healthcare Voice Process, you’ll play a key role in supporting US healthcare customers. Key duties include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for US patients, focusing on insurance, billing, claims, and medical inquiries.
- Utilizing strong knowledge of US healthcare processes to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

- 0–4 years of experience in international voice processes, preferably in the US healthcare domain.
