Responsibilities
Manufacturing Department – Operator / Supervisor
- Handle sterile/aseptic injectable manufacturing processes
- Operate bag filling, vial filling, PFS, LYO, microsphere, cartridges lines
- Perform batch manufacturing, autoclaving, terminal sterilization, filtration
- Maintain production QMS compliance with ALCOA, GDP, GMP standards
Packing Department – Operator / Supervisor
- Execute visual inspection (MVI & AVI) and packing line operations
- Perform QMS documentation including change control, deviations, machine qualification/requalification
- Ensure compliance with sterile injectable packaging standards
Apprentice – Manufacturing & Packing
- Support production and packing activities under supervision
- Learn aseptic processes, sterile manufacturing, and packing techniques
