Job Role: Medical Coding Fresher
As a Medical Coding Associate, you will be trained in assigning accurate medical codes and ensuring compliance with healthcare documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medical records and assign ICD & CPT codes
- Ensure compliance with medical coding guidelines and standards
- Analyze clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Support medical billing and insurance claim processing
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines
- Resolve coding-related queries with internal teams
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
- Stay updated with healthcare coding regulations
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Life Sciences / Paramedical graduates
Eligible Degrees:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
- BSc / MSc Life Sciences
- Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry
- BSc Nursing / MLT / BPT / Allied Health Sciences
Experience:
- Freshers (2023, 2024, 2025 batch)
- No backlogs (mandatory)
Required Skills
