- Assign ICD-10 codes for Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) in compliance with CMS guidelines.
- Review medical records to ensure accurate clinical documentation.
- Maintain coding accuracy and productivity standards.
- Work with healthcare data systems for risk adjustment coding.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications:
✅ Education Required:
- BPharm / MPharm
- BSc (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences)
- BE/BTech (Biomedical Engineering)
- Other Life Science graduates with coding certification
✅ Additional Criteria:
- Freshers (0-1 year experience)
- Medical coding certification (CPC, CCS, etc.) mandatory
- Strong analytical and communication skills
