1. Manager – Microbiology
- Experience Required: 7 to 10 years in Food Testing
- Qualification Required: M.Sc. in Microbiology
- Role: Lead the microbiology division, oversee testing protocols, manage a team of scientists, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Microbiologist & Senior Microbiologist
- Experience Required: 3 to 7 years in Food Testing
- Qualification Required: M.Sc. in Microbiology
- Role: Conduct and analyze microbiological tests on food samples, maintain lab equipment, and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
3. Senior Chemist
- Experience Required: 3 to 7 years in Food Testing
- Qualification Required: M.Sc. in Chemistry / M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Food Technology
- Role: Perform complex chemical analyses, develop testing methods, and validate results for various food products.
4. Chemist
- Experience Required: 0 to 2 years in Food Testing
- Qualification Required: M.Sc. in Chemistry / M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Food Technology
- Role: A perfect role for a fresher or early-career professional to conduct routine chemical analysis and support the lab’s operations.
5. Chemist – ICP/MS
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in Food Testing
- Qualification Required: M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology / Food Technology
- Role: Specialize in operating and maintaining the ICP-MS instrument for trace metal analysis, ensuring precise and accurate data.
6. Officer – Quality Assurance
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in Food Testing
- Qualification Required: M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Food Technology
- Role: Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS), conduct internal audits, and ensure all processes meet established quality benchmarks.
