Detailed Job Description (JD)
Position: Microbiologist / QC Analyst – Microbiology
Department: Microbiology

Location: Cherlapally, Phase-3, Hyderabad, Telangana.
Key Responsibilities:
For Freshers & Junior Roles:
- Performing routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Conducting environmental monitoring (air, water, surface) in the production and testing areas.
- Media preparation, sterilization, and culture maintenance.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment like autoclaves, incubators, and laminar air flow units.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation.
For Experienced Roles (3-8 years):
- Leading and mentoring a team of junior microbiologists.
- Handling complex microbiological assays like sterility testing, bacterial endotoxin testing (LAL), and microbial limit tests.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Investigating deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and implementing corrective actions.
- Involved in method validation and equipment qualification activities.
- Reviewing data and preparing quality control reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Msc (Microbiology/Biotechnology) or Bsc (Microbiology/Biotechnology) from a recognized university.
- Experience: We are hiring for multiple levels:
- Freshers (0-2 years)
- Experienced (3-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical microbiology lab)
- Senior Level (7-8 years of experience in a relevant field)
