Job Description: Fresher Openings
Aspiro Pharma is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable freshers to join their team. Selected candidates will be placed in either the Microbiology or the Engineering department, where they will receive hands-on training and work on critical processes.
1. Role: Microbiology Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting various microbiological testing and analysis for pharmaceutical products.
- Supporting critical activities like sterility testing, environmental monitoring (EM), and microbial limit tests (MLT).
- Preparing and documenting accurate lab reports and maintaining data integrity.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Role: Engineering Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting daily engineering operations related to utilities, instrumentation, and equipment maintenance.
- Assisting senior engineers in troubleshooting technical issues and performing preventive maintenance.
- Learning and operating sophisticated equipment used in biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Ensuring all activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- For Microbiology Roles: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology or Biochemistry.
- For Engineering Roles: B.Tech in Biotechnology, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication (ECE), or Mechanical Engineering.
