- Granulation, compression, coating
- BMR/BPR review and QMS compliance

2. Beta Lactam – Tablet / Capsule
- Granulation and coating operations
- GMP documentation and QMS adherence
3. General Injection / Beta Lactam Injection
- Injectable packing & manufacturing exposure
- Knowledge of sterile area operations
4. Quality Control – Microbiology
- Media preparation, GPT, sterility testing
- BET (Gel Clot), MLT, water analysis (PW & WFI)
5. Quality Control – Chemical
- HPLC and GC analysis
- Raw material and finished product testing
6. Quality Assurance
- Cleaning validation & hold time studies
- cGMP and quality system monitoring
7. Regulatory Affairs
- CTD / ACTD dossier preparation
- DMF, deficiency response handling
- Country-specific regulatory submissions
8. Formulation & Development
- Support formulation development activities
- Technology transfer and documentation
9. ADL (Analytical Development Lab)
- AMV protocol & report preparation
- SOP drafting

10. Engineering
- Maintenance of pharma equipment

🎓 Qualifications Required
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Production, QA, RA, PPIC, F&D)

- B.Sc / M.Sc / Any Graduation (role-specific)
